New single-family home construction declined as builders continue to grapple with macroeconomic headwinds.

The builder is offering 13 homes priced from the $600,000s to the $800,000s.

840 Woodrow will bring 326 market-rate and affordable apartments to the burgeoning section of Atlanta’s BeltLine.

Plans for the 50-acre community, formerly farmland, include a clubhouse with a fitness center, lounge pool and cabana, community garden and pickleball court.

The Porchline will bring 269 residences to market when it opens.

The Reserve at Hickory Walk will deliver 56 single-family homes priced from the $700,000s.

Altogether, the new developments will bring 140 new homes to market.

The 303-apartment community is RangeWater’s 26th apartment development in Georgia.

At the same time, existing-home sales fell, while days on the market rose.

The development offers buyers amenities like a large clubhouse with pool and fitness center, two pickleball courts, a dog park, fire pit and walking trails.

The Suwanee community is the second Atlanta-area development from the Texas-based homebuilder.
