ERA Foster & Bond and ERA Sunrise Realty have merged into a single brokerage that will continue to do business under the firms’ original names and operate under the theme “Better Together.” The new company will have six offices and over 175 agents in the Atlanta metro.
The combined firm will be led by ERA Sunrise’s qualifying broker and co-owner, David Moody, and ERA Foster & Bond’s associate broker and co-owner, Rusty Willis.
Geographically, the company will offer ERA Foster & Bond’s urban focus and ERA Sunrise’s footprint in the northern and eastern suburbs, with a particular presence across Atlanta, Canton, Duluth, Marietta, Milton, Athens and Savannah.
Moody and Willis will explore additional M&A opportunities in metro Atlanta.
“The ERA Foster & Bond team brings creativity, forward-thinking leadership and a deep presence in Atlanta that complements our footprint across North Georgia,” Moody said. “By uniting our brokerages, we’re combining strengths — not just operationally, but culturally.”
“ERA Sunrise Realty has built a trusted brand across Georgia, with a reputation for integrity, local expertise and exceptional service,” Willis said. “By combining forces, we now offer broader coverage, deeper expertise and even more tools and opportunities for our agents and clients alike. This is not just a strategic move — it’s a cultural fit.”
