Old Mill Preserve, a new age-restricted community from David Weekley Homes, will celebrate a grand opening on June 28. The Dallas neighborhood features 130 homesites for residents age 55 and up, plus a range of senior-friendly amenities.
Plans for the 50-acre community, formerly farmland, include a clubhouse with a fitness center, lounge pool and cabana, community garden and pickleball court.
“The floor plans first debuted to much acclaim at our Heritage at Towne Lake community in Woodstock,” said Adam Cornett, Atlanta division president for David Weekley Homes. “Beyond the beauty and livability of the homes, we’ve some exciting plans for lifestyle-enhancing amenities … They will be created in such a way that it’s easy for neighbors to become friends and share experiences, both inside and just beyond the community.”
Ahead of the grand opening, David Weekley is encouraging potential homebuyers to join a VIP interest list for updates and special offers.
